Accept the invasive-plant task
Continue Regina Harper’s dialogue and choose the response agreeing to handle the invasive plants, shown as I’ll take care of it. Track PIERIS MARGINALIS. If the dialogue is not available, continue your existing quest chain; the task does not establish a shortcut around earlier progression.
Find the four plant patches
On New Laurentia, follow the task highlight near the wetland southeast of Thunderbird Muskeg, close to the north side of the yellow road. Use your highlighted area and nearby objective markers rather than a guessed coordinate.
Find a plant patch with an exclamation mark, move close enough for Use, then interact with the input shown by your game. The first round has four patches. Check the counter increasing; simply walking across the plants does not complete the action.
Create the butterfly garden
After the removal objective is checked off, the new objective is Create a butterfly garden. Use the corresponding patches again for a second round of four interactions. Removing all four invasive patches is only the halfway point.
Check the mission-complete banner
The final garden interaction produces PIERIS MARGINALIS / Mission completed. The demonstrated reward is 1,050 cash and 235 XP, and the tracked mission clears. There is no additional return-to-Regina step before this completion banner.
If your counter does not advance or the second objective never appears, record the stage, count and game version before reporting the issue. Garden appearance alone is not the completion test, and restarting or clearing a save is not a guaranteed task fix.
